Resident Welfare Association (RWA) – Phase II, Belgaria Township

Membership Application Notice

The Jharia Rehabilitation and Development Authority invites eligible residents of Belgaria Township – Phase II to apply for membership for the formation of the Resident Welfare Association (RWA).

The RWA is being constituted to ensure structured community representation, effective coordination with authorities, and collective participation in matters relating to civic amenities, maintenance, and welfare initiatives.

Application Process

Interested residents are requested to follow the steps outlined below:

1. Obtain the Application Form

   • Collect the form from JRDA Administrative Block, Phase V, Belgaria Township, or

2. Fill the Form & Attach Documents

   • Duly complete all fields in the application form.

   • Attach a self-attested copy of Aadhaar Card.

3. Submit the Application & Fees

   • Submit the filled-in form at JRDA Administrative Block, Phase V, Belgaria Township.

   • Deposit the membership fee of ₹110/- at the time of submission.

4. Complete Formalities

   • Applicants must sign other required documents and complete all procedural formalities during submission.

Important Note

• Applications will be processed only after verification of documents and completion of all formalities.

• Membership is subject to eligibility norms as prescribed for Phase II residents.

Residents are encouraged to participate actively in the formation of the RWA to strengthen community governance and collective development in Belgaria Township.
